Email is one of the fastest, most effective ways to invite peopleÌýto your event. The results of an email invitation can be very hit or miss, though. Some emails are never opened. Others are, but don’t convert toÌýsales. So,Ìýwhat’s the secret to making yourÌýevent invitation stand out in someone’s cluttered and crowded inbox?ÌýMake it personal. That’s why we are so excited to introduce our newest partner on 91¹ú²ú Spectrum, .
Emma has taken an innovative approach to the promotional emails, byÌýgiving you the tools to completely customize your email marketing to your needs and your audiences–from theÌýemail’s look and feel and your audience lists, to the tests you can run and the insights you get back.
This week at their conference in Nashville, Emma announced an integration with 91¹ú²ú. NowÌýyou can easily create beautiful email invitations for your 91¹ú²ú events, and then track ticket sales and revenue from the email in Emma.
How it works
If you already have an Emma account, you can start creating your event invitations today. If not, head over to their 91¹ú²ú Spectrum page and sign up for a free trial. When you create your email you can drag the Events block from the toolbar and drop it where you’d like your event(s) to appear in the email. Here, you’ll be asked to connect your 91¹ú²ú account to Emma.
You’ll see a list of all your 91¹ú²ú events. Find and select the event, or events, you want to add to this invitation. If you host many events, you’ll be able to create an invitation with multiple events andÌýsend that email to a targeted list of people. For example, if you’re a music venue with a lot of great jazz concerts coming up, you can easily create an invitation that lists those shows, has a jazzy design to match, and then send it to a list of all your jazz-lovin’ patrons. This makes the email experience completely personalized. Your recipients will be able to click on which event they want to attend directly from within the email, which will take them toÌýthe purchase experience for that ticket.
If you create an email for one event, you can provide more information in the invitation, such as the event’s description and a map showing the location. All of Emma’s emails are completely mobile optimized, so it doesn’t matter if someone is looking at the invitation from their phone or laptop, they can check their email and then buy tickets just as easily.
Ìý
Once you’ve sent your email invitation off into the wild, you can keep track on how it’s performing. And we’re not just talking about your standard email performance metrics. You have access to all of those, but you can also see your event sales data and what your email wasÌýable to drive, including details on specific orders.
Ìý
This is just a peekÌýat this powerful integration. If you’d like to learn more, check out the Emma page on 91¹ú²ú Spectrum. And we’ll keep working to bring you more tools on 91¹ú²ú Spectrum to help make your events even more amazing.
