In our diverse South Asian community, the topic of mental health often carries a stigma that prevents open conversation and access to necessary resources. Tuesday, February 18th: Navigating Identity and Belonging for South Asian Americans• Embracing South Asian American Cultural Identity and Combating Alienation Identity is at the core of our mental well-being, yet for many South Asian Americans, finding a sense of belonging can be a complex journey. This webinar will explore how to embrace cultural identity in 2025 while addressing feelings of alienation that often accompany bicultural experiences.
