This is a hands-on class from start to finish. No watching from the sidelines. You season the rice, you lay the fillings, you roll it yourself — and by the end of the night you'll wonder why you ever paid $18 a roll.
What you'll make:

Temaki Hand Rolls — you build these your way, stuffed with whatever combination you love most.
Your fillings to choose from: cucumber, avocado, tuna, imitation crab, sweet potato, shrimp tempura.
