A couple’s group retreat with SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats is a way to gain tools and insights to grow your relationship at an affordable price. Drawing from principles taught at the Gottman Institute, our couple’s group retreat focuses on communication, trust, clear agreements, and shared responsibility. Our skilled practitioners teach healthy communication, conflict resolution, trust, accountability, and clear understanding. NOTE: If you need to work through specific issues in your relationship, we recommend our private couple retreats.
Learn how to validate each other and express appreciation. This retreat encourages you to "dream big" for a joint venture in moving forward together. Participants plan their greatest dreams together. This allows each person to express what is important to them.

This session will focus on our gifts and taking a deep look at what it means to stand in strength with compassion and understanding. Group Sound Healing (call us directly to add on)
Friday night we feature a Sound Healing which can be added to your retreat by calling us directly (928.282.2509). This is a powerful, relaxing, meditative session. Cozy up on floor cushions. Close your eyes and immerse yourself into the Divine essence flow emanating from our magnificent sound facilitator. This is a session that you will not want to miss.
