Started in summer 2013, DAY TRILL is a festival series produced by Providence-based events and creative agency, stay silent and creative entrepreneurship non-profit, Trade Pop-Up.

What time do doors close?

Accepted Answer

Doors to the venue will be closing at 8pm. If you arrive after 8pm, you will not be allowed to enter the venue. Ticket refunds will not be issued for those who don't make it into the venue prior to doors closing.

Can I buy a ticket at the door?

Tickets will not be available for purchase at the door. All tickets must be purchased in advance from stay silent. Tickets purchased outside of our 91���� and/or pop-up shops are invalid and will not be honored.

Do I have to print out my ticket?

Accepted Answer

No, you don't have to print your ticket. However, we highly suggest that you download the 91���� app so you have your ticket on your phone. Be prepared to show your ticket at the door, whether printed or on your phone as a PDF.

Can I return my ticket?

No, tickets are non-refundable.

Can I buy more than one ticket?

No, only one ticket per person.

Can I transfer or sell my ticket to someone else?

No, tickets are non-transferable. Name on the ticket must match the ticket holder's ID.

Is there a dress code?

No, come as you are. Wear what you want. We always love a good DAY TRILL fit.

Can I bring my own food and liquor?

Accepted Answer

No, outside food and beverages are not allowed into the venue. We will have food vendors and bars inside that will accept cash and/or credit card.

Can I bring my own camera to take pictures?

Accepted Answer

No, outside professional cameras are not permitted into the venue.

What happens if it rains and/or there is extreme weather conditions?

DAY TRILL is rain or shine. In the event that it rains, please dress accordingly. In the case of extreme weather, updates will be sent to ticket holders via e-mail. In the event of date and line-up change, refunds will not issued.
