The Improvisational Repertory Theatre Ensemble (IRTE) presents Dial M for MacGuffin, a fully improvised theatrical comedy thriller inspired by the films of Alfred Hitchcock. Each performance unfolds live, as the ensemble spins a brand-new mystery from audience suggestions, complete with suspense, danger, and wildly unexpected and silly twists.

Blending cinematic tension with comedic chaos, Dial M for MacGuffin is equal parts homage and parody. The cast navigates shifting characters, plot turns, and dramatic stakes before your eyes, creating a unique theatrical experience that is never the same twice.

For over a decade, IRTE has built a reputation for bold, genre-driven improvised theatre that combines theatrical craft with irreverent humor. With minimal props and maximum imagination, they bring to life fully realized worlds, live and unscripted.
