I don't have a school ID! Will you still let me in to shop?

If you don't have a school ID, you can bring any other proof of employment such as a pay stub, email, or pull up your school profile.

I can't make it! Is this the only materials giveaway you have?

SCRAP has two Free Teacher Giveaways each year--one in January and one in August (and now this special edition in May!). And if you can't wait until the next one, come to our Free Teacher Workshops where you can get Prop G hours, meet other teachers, and get $25 of materials for Free.

Question 3

I work in an afterschool program at a public school in Oakland. Can I still come in and shop?

Yes! For the first time, we're open to ALL Bay Area teachers including public school, private school, preschool, summer camp, homeschool, para-educators, and museum educators.

Question 4

I'm not a school teacher, can I still come in to shop?

Accepted Answer

We are only open to Bay Area public school teachers from 10am until 3pm. At 3pm, we will be open to everyone, so please wait until then!

Question 5

I am a private school teacher, can I attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You most definitely can. For the first time ever our Giveaway is open to all Bay Area educators, regardless of affiliation.
