Are meals included?

Yes! We are going to feed you! We are offering a continental style breakfast, morning snacks, a Picnic / BBQ-themed lunch, afternoon snacks and beverages throughout the day. We will have vegetarian options as well. Please email maronson@impactlifetoday.org with any dietary restrictions.

Is there street paking? Is parking included?

Yes! There is street parking in the area, however, we have reserved parking in the garage for you! You will get a validation ticket for parking at the end of the conference.

If I am coming from out-of-state is there a room discount?

Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at a reduced rate. Please email Melissa at maronson@impactlifetoday.org for more information.

Is there a charge for the conference?

No! The Conference is free for everyone.

Will there be CEUs for the sessions?

Impact Life is an approved training provider through the Delaware Certification Board. We are applying for CEUs for all sessions that meet their criteria for the conference.

Will the speakers/trainers be local?

Accepted Answer

We have a variety of subject matter experts that are local to Delaware as well as others coming in from the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Question 9

Can people who don't work in the Behavioral Health field attend?

Accepted Answer

We welcome anyone who has a vested interest in learning more about addiction and harm reduction to attend the conference. We believe the topics will be relevant to anyone who has been touched by addiction.

Will there by Narcan Training available?

We will be offering Narcan Training throughout the entire conference.

How many sessions are being offered at the Conference?

Accepted Answer

Three sessions will be offered to everyone attending the conference (morning, lunch, and closing plenary sessions), and then four separate breakout sessions, each offering four different topics. So a total of 19 sessions!

Where can I see the agenda?

The tentative agenda is posted here in the prior section. A finalized agenda will be posted here, and on the event page by July 1, 2023. A conference packet will be available to everyone on the day of the conference in paper form and electronic version via QR code.
