In this live, interactive virtual class, you will learn to master practical, life-saving skills and feel prepared for the first weeks of parenthood.

- Newborn Care: Confidently handle bathing, dressing, and umbilical cord care.
- Feeding Essentials: Understand newborn hunger cues including slow-paced feeding.

- Soothing Techniques: Learn how to comfort a fussy baby and understand newborn sleep cycles (do you wake a sleeping baby?)
