Where do I park?

There is metered street parking, or an underground garage below the park off Ash Street.

What should I bring?

Yoga mat, towel for under your mat (to prevent a soiled mat), water bottle, any blocks or bolsters you like to be comfortable, hat, sunglasses

What is the yoga like?

The yoga class will be vinyasa style, for all-levels from beginner to advanced. You will get a workout in, you will stretch, you will relax. We promise you a beautiful, safe experience.

Question 4

What if I'm bad at meditating?

Accepted Answer

The meditation will begin after the yoga, while you're resting on your back in Savasana. There is nothing to do except to lie there. The meditation will be guided by Chopra Center's Jaime Rabin, with soft sound bowls in the background. No matter what, you will be doing it right.

Are kids and dogs welcome?

Yes! We love kids and we love our pups. Whether your kids are doing the yoga or have a setup next to you with entertainment/snacks, this could be a family outing.

Waterfront Park is dog friendly. Please keep your dog leashed at all times and secured near you during the yoga practice.

International Yoga Day is celebrated annually on June 21st. It's a day to recognize the benefits of the practice for your mind, body and soul.
