International Yoga Day in NYC

The Culture Tree promotes cultural literacy about South Asia through educational and cultural programs for children and their families to instill a deeper connection with their heritage and the world around them.

We invite you to come practice with us and honor the roots of yoga. We will have a special yoga session for kids 12 and under, followed by an art activity. This will be followed by a yoga practice for any skill level.
