Dance like no one is watching at the Mid-Week Virtual Dance Party!

We are Manifesting in May! What are your dreams, your desires, your wishes? If you can see it, you can acheive it! This midweek virtual dance party is all about moving your body while aligning your mindset. The goal is to help us release doubt, embrace confidence, and step into the life we鈥檝e been envisioning. Come ready to dance, uplift your energy, and manifest your goals one beat at a time.

Major topics we will focus on are:

Money, Health/Body Image, Self Love, Travel


The class is freestyle! Meaning, if you can snap your fingers, bob your head, or tap your feet, whether on beat or off, you can join!! There isn't any choreography to learn or steps to practice. You simply join and let me music move you!


Why Dance?

I learned that dancing was theraputic and helped my mental health soooo much. PLUS it's a super FUN way to get your steps in. I average over 2000 steps and burn over 300 calories per 30 minute party!


YOU DO NOT HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO DANCE! I can't dance AT ALL but I don't let that stop me! Just let your body move however it wants to move! So put on your dancing shoes, clear some space in your living room or wherever you want your dance party, and let's freestyle together!


Invite your friends and family (kids are welcome!) to join in. 1 ticket per household.


Join at 645pm to allow for set up and technical issues.

JOIN EARLY to receive help with Tech Issues

Join 15 minutes early to set up your dance floor and address any technical issues. After 7pm, I will be dancing and will NOT be able to assist you.

DANCE PARTY

Starting PROMPTLY AT 7pm EST, we are dancing the night away... well for 25 minutes. The only agenda is to move and shake yo' money maka! LOL and of course, HAVE FUN!
