Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope: STEM and Public Engagement Webinar
Learn about opportunities for organizations to collaborate with NASA on telling the mission story.
Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope Launch: STEM and Public Engagement Partner Webinar
The Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope, scheduled for launch in early September 2026, will transform our view of the cosmos with a field of view at least 100 times larger than that of the Hubble Space Telescope. With the ability to study billions of celestial objects, Roman will explore dark matter, dark energy, and distant exoplanets, helping scientists understand how planets, stars, and galaxies form and evolve. This next‑generation infrared observatory represents a major leap forward in wide‑field astrophysics and will enable discoveries not previously possible.
Participants Will Learn About:
- The engineering and technology behind the Roman Telescope
- Scientific goals, mission profile, and early operational priorities
- Opportunities to collaborate with NASA around launch and other early milestones
