Online event
Thursday, June 4  •  6:30 PM - 8:30 PM EDT
Overview

A thoughtful and empowering virtual series inspired by Megan Logan’s Self-Love Workbook for Women.

Power, Voice, Presence: Becoming Unapologetically Visible

“self-love \ self-luhv \ n. 1. The active practice of accepting, caring for, and encouraging oneself”

These words, written with deep understanding, perfectly capture the spirit of our journey into the coming season. We hope this course can inspire a transformative journey, allowing individuals to develop into the strongest, softest, and most authentic selves.

Are you ready to stop shrinking? Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to soften our edges, swallow our words, carry everything quietly, and perform strength instead of embodying it.

This 4-week circle is for women who are ready to: Reclaim their personal power; speak truth without apology; remove the masks they no longer need; and practice showing up fully—in rooms, relationships, and within themselves. Activities will include guided writing, reflective exercises, and thoughtful conversations.

Facilitator: Shani Hall, Certified Women Writing for (a) Change® Facilitator

Who Can Join: Open to anyone who identifies as a woman
When: Thursdays, June 4, 11, 18, and 25, 2026
