Matinee Social Club was started by a 30 something that loves to party, but didn’t want to be out all night…so it’s only right to have a 2010s night.

In the 2010s, we didn’t know how good we had it. Responsibilities were low while the energy was high. Music was just about letting loose and having a good time.

It was this beautiful era where EDM went mainstream and over-the-top recession pop and hip-hop ruled the world.

Join us as we bring that feeling back to life.

The Venue

We're happy to be at , which is on the 14th floor of Hotel Indigo Lower East Side. For those who haven't been, it's an impeccably designed club space with west-facing skyline windows.

The Music

A high-energy mix of club bangers from the 2010s – EDM, dance, pop, & hip-hop.

The Dress Code

Vibes preferred, but nothing strict.

About Matinée

Love to party, but also love a good night’s rest? (Looking at you millennials 👀)

With Matinée, you can have both.

It’s a “night time” dance party that lets you have a wild night out…and be home by 11pm.

The party starts at 5pm, peaks at 8, over at 10. Oh and we serve pizza around 7:30pm to give you a second wind.

The Matinée Mission

Nightlife pretty much only caters to 20 somethings. Matinée wants to change that.

We’re working to create a space where our fellow Millennials (and beyond) can step away from adult responsibilities and let loose for a while – creating memories with old friends and hopefully make some new ones.
