The 2026 Quad State Wine & Music Fest is on Saturday June 20th 12pm-6pm at the Washington County Agricultural Education Center near Hagerstown, MD.

APPLICATION to be a vendor at the 2026 Quad State Wine & Music Fest is free, however:

IF APPROVED, THE FOLLOWING VENDOR REGISTRATION FEES WILL APPLY:

FOOD VENDOR - $350 (18'x24')**ALL FOOD VENDOR SPACES ARE NOW FULL FOR THIS EVENT!!

REGULAR VENDOR - $150 (12'x12')

EXTRAS: Power $30 (at checkout). If you need double space, order two spots upon checkout. Checkout takes place on the Registration page, not this Application page.

*Vendors who apply will receive a confirmation email that their application was received. Vendors who are APPROVED will receive an INVITATION to Register, and payment will be collected at that time. If registration is not made within 7 days, you'll risk losing your approval.

All spaces are outside, most under pavilions (not food vendors).

While there are NO REFUNDS, in the event of serious emergency or weather event, we will consider transferring vendor fee to another event.
