On this occasion we are hosting a tasting in the private classroom inside the store. Host Ian Blackburn will lead a class of approx 14 guests when sold out. A plate of artisan products from the store will be beautifully displayed for each guest. A series of wines will pair with each product (cheese, charcuterie, artisan gourmet accessories).
The Cheese Store Beverly Hills: Importer of small production artisan products from France, Spain, Italy, Germany and across America. On this occasion we will focus on the Red Wines, Aged Cheese, and Charcuterie. As this is Fathers Day - we will raise a glass to Fathers everywhere!
This wine lineup and cheese alignment (pairing) will be refined and improved for showtime. Number of wines will range from a minimum of 8 to as many as 10 depending on class size. Class is not priced based on any single wine or pairing. Due to the higher-end nature of the products, this program will cost a few more dollars than prior tastings.
