Overview
This online workshop is presented by NYC FIRST and SMASH to equip staff, mentors, and coaches 18+ with knowledge and facilitation skills.
To + Through CS Pathways (T+T) is SMASH's foundational 6-session college and career exploration workshop for high school students. The curriculum guides scholars through exploring CS career pathways, post-secondary options, salary and career comparison, and culminates in a personalized career presentation. Each 90-minute session follows an inquiry-based coaching model that prioritizes scholar voice, critical thinking, and personalized learning.
