Low-impact, high-intensity, core strengthener. Tone & shape muscles w/resistance anchored to a stand up paddle board.

Expect a full-body workout that strengthens your core, improves balance, & enhances stability while surrounded by the calm, open water. The natural movement of the lake adds an extra layer of engagement, activating deep stabilizing muscles you don’t always reach on land.

The hour is a rough estimate for the session only. Please arrive early to park, check in, sign a waiver, set up and achor before we float. (weather permitting-there may be a delay if a short storm passes by. On watch for weather and wind conditions ).
