In “Telling True Stories,” we will explore a new way of writing and art-making that invites us to come together and bear witness to what it really means to be human. All you need is a notebook, a pen, and an open mind and heart. Using poems as our springboard, we will learn about the importance of opening the channel to our creative unconscious by writing meaningful and genuine content without inhibitions and discover what it’s like to tune in to what’s true, to break through critical obstacles, overcome writer’s block, and generate fresh, authentic content. A $5 material fee is due to instructor the first day of class. Pre-registration Required.

Refund Policy: “Requests for a refund on a fee-based class not cancelled by the college must be made at least five (5) working days prior to the beginning of the class.
