Can I get a refund if I'm unable to make it to my scheduled ticket time?

Accepted Answer

There are no refunds unless it is a medical or family emergency.  Proof of this emergency or doctor's note may be required.

Question 2

Are you ADA compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes we are ADA compliant.  Please keep in mind this is 300+ yds of walking so if you can not walk this without assistance please bring your own scooters, wheelchair or walkers, and have someone help assist you.

Question 3

What if the weather is bad and the event for that day must cancel?

Accepted Answer

If extreme weather causes cancellation we will try to reschedule to a different day, if available.  If we are unable to reschedule you will receive a refund.

Question 4

Can my child age 16 and under go to  this event without adult supervision?

Accepted Answer

Children 16 and under are NOT allowed to enter without adult supervision.  This is to protect themselves, the attendees and the organizers.

Question 5

Is there discounts for military and senior citizens?

Accepted Answer

There is a $5 discount for military servicemen and seniors 60 and older. Please bring your photo ID's

Question 6

Are pets allowed?

Accepted Answer

We advise NOT to bring your pets.  We may have other animals there and could cause some issues.  If a service animal is necessary please show proof at the gate.

Question 7

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Accepted Answer

Except for unopened bottles of water, there are NO outside food or drinks allowed.  There will be a bag check area to ensure no food or drinks.  If you have an infant or child who needs their own food or drinks it will be allowed at the discretion of the security staff.
