There is a single person bathroom on site. Please bring your FILLED water bottle.
Close to Q train at 86th and M15 bus stop.
No outside-shoes gym - PLEASE wear socks or bring sneakers that you ONLY wear indoors.
About me:
I'm Liana Giangiulio, a seasoned personal trainer with a proven track record of helping clients smash their fitness goals. As a 5鈥0鈥 tiny but mighty powerhouse I鈥檝e placed in Strongman competitions and actively pursue powerlifting, so I bring a disciplined and focused mindset to all my training sessions and programming. I鈥檝e served over 200 individuals with aesthetic, strength, sport-specific, and pain management goals and I鈥檓 excited to have you join the Young Savage Fitness team!
Specialities include powerlifting, functional strength, kettlebell, strongman, and a BODY NEUTRAL approach to fitness. I pride myself in creating LGBT+ and size inclusive safe workout spaces. I have experience working with seniors, those with adaptive workout needs, and online coaching.
