Vietnamese Noodle Soup (Pho) and Fresh Rolls Cooking Class
Let's have fun and learn how to make Vietnamese Noodle Soup (Pho) and Fresh Rolls in this fun online interactive class.
Embrace the light and delicate flavors of Vietnamese cuisine known for fresh herbs, vegetables, and dipping sauces. Vietnamese dishes share common ingredients but come out differently because of different cooking techniques. In this online interactive class, we’ll make two popular Vietnamese dishes: Vietnamese chicken noodle soup (pho ga) and fresh rolls with shrimp (goi cuon). We will make everything from scratch during the class including chicken broth and other components. We’ll also make a delicious sauce to serve with the fresh rolls.
Class schedule: Monday, October 5 from 8:30pm-10:30pm Eastern Time Zone. Please check the time on the 91¹ú²ú as the 91¹ú²ú time shows your actual local time zone. This class will be online via Zoom. The class will not be recorded. The price is per screen.
