Designed for runners of all levels, this immersive experience blends purposeful movement, expert coaching, meaningful connection, and elevated hospitality—so you can train, relax, and celebrate the run.
Each day begins with either a run or race through scenic wine country , led by Sara Hall, Ryan Hall, and Sara Slattery, who bring decades of elite racing, coaching insight, and a deep passion for helping runners thrive at every level. Expect encouragement, practical wisdom, and an atmosphere that prioritizes joy and longevity over pace.
Evenings are reserved for unique group dinners, where stories are shared, friendships are built, and every meal feels like a celebration.
Your retreat includes VIP entry to the Santa Rosa Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, or 5K, giving you premium race access, seamless logistics, and full support on race day.
Every participant receives a swag bag filled with our favorite things, plus autographed copies of How She Did It, For The Love of the Grind, and Run The Mile You’re In.
This is more than a running retreat. It’s an opportunity to learn from some of the top atheltes and coaches on how to run strong in stunning surroundings, and leave feeling inspired, empowered, and deeply connected.
The retreat will benefit the Up and Running Again running program helping the unhoused of Santa Rosa.
