Yoga, meditation, and live music in San Francisco’s iconic Grace Cathedral. All ages and abilities are welcome.

Group yoga practice is held every Tuesday from 6:15 to 7:30 pm. Doors open at 5:30 pm. Additionally, we offer select one-hour Saturday sessions from 9 to 10 am with doors opening at 8:30 am. Join our weekly practice with an expert Yoga teacher surrounded by the awe-inspiring architecture of Grace Cathedral. Set to live music from world-renowned musicians, this weekly practice of yoga and meditation looks and feels like the amazing diversity of San Francisco itself. Registration starts at $15 to support the musicians, teachers, and the social justice work of Grace Cathedral. Doors open at 5:30 pm on Tuesdays and 8:30 am on Saturdays. Due to the quiet nature of this event, there will be no late entry. The entrance to the cathedral is at the top of the Great Steps. The accessible entrance is via the breezeway on Sacramento Street between Taylor and Jones Streets or via the garage elevator.Please bring a mat and any other yoga props you wish to use.This program is underwritten by Grace Cathedral and generous support from participants like you. Your support will help others and is greatly appreciated. We welcome all at Grace Cathedral.
