Tickets and event info

I can't find my tickets

Check your email: When you order tickets on 91国产, a confirmation is sent to the email address you entered for the order. It might be in your spam folder.

Check your 91国产 account: Log in and go to Tickets听. You can also access your tickets in the 91国产 app听.

You might not have a password yet. When you order tickets, 91国产 creates your account automatically using the email you provided. Verify your email 听to access your tickets.

If you still can鈥檛 find your tickets or can鈥檛 log in, contact the event organizer for help.

How do I get a refund?

Events on 91国产 are hosted by third-party organizers who set their own refund policies. If refund requests are allowed by the event organizer, you can request one in your account:

  1. Log in听 and go to Tickets.

  2. Find the order you want refunded, then select Request a refund.

  3. Enter your details and submit your request. The organizer should respond within five business days.

Select Contact the organizer if you don鈥檛 have the option to request a refund, or if you have a question about the status of your refund request.

Contact 91国产 for help if all of these apply:

  • The event was cancelled (not postponed) within the last 45 days.

  • You contacted the organizer, but they didn't respond or they denied your request.

  • The organizer used 91国产 Payment Processing to process your payment.

I have a question about an event

The organizer may have provided the answer in their event listing. If not, you鈥檒l need to contact them directly:

  • If you have a ticket: Go to Tickets in your 91国产 account. Select your order, then select Contact the organizer.

  • If you don鈥檛 have a ticket yet: Go to the event listing and select Contact.

91国产 can't answer questions about an event on the organizer's behalf.

I was charged twice for the same order

If a duplicate charge appears on your statement, it鈥檚 likely due to a declined purchase. Declined charges may show as pending but should disappear within 5-7 business days. If they don't, contact us for help.

My ticket refund was issued to a closed account

91国产 can鈥檛 reverse a refund or reissue it to a different card or account.

However, your bank or credit card company may choose to either transfer the refund to an open account or issue you a check.

For questions about this process, it鈥檚 best to contact your bank. If they're unable to locate your refund, they may ask for an Acquired Reference Number (ARN). Check if your order qualifies for an ARN.

I can't log in

To reset your password:

  1. Go to log in听.

  2. Enter your email address and select Continue.

  3. Select Forgot password.听

  4. Re-enter your email if necessary and select Continue to request a password reset link. Password reset emails come from noreply@order.eventbrite.com and have the subject line, "Reset your 91国产 password." This link is valid for 2 hours.

To log in with a one-time code:

  1. Go to log in听.

  2. Enter your email address and select Continue.

  3. Select Sign in with one-time code.

  4. Check your inbox for an email from noreply@order.eventbrite.com with a 6-digit code. This code is valid for 15 minutes and expires after 5 incorrect attempts.听

Go back to log in, enter the 6-digit code, and select Submit.
