Download a Sales by ticket type report

Download a Sales by ticket type report for a detailed breakdown of your sales for each type of ticket or add-on you鈥檙e offering. To get started, go to your event dashboard and select Reporting. Then select Event Reports and choose Sales by ticket type (under 鈥淪ales鈥). To download report data for multiple events, go to Reporting in your 91国产 account instead.

Note: Access to the Sales by ticket type report requires permission to view 鈥淎dvanced reports.鈥 If you鈥檙e not the account owner, contact them to check if you have this permission.

Download a Sales by ticket type report for one event

1. Go to your event dashboard.

Log in to your 91国产 account and select Manage my events from your account menu. Then select your event.

2. Go to 鈥淩eporting鈥 and select 鈥淓vent Reports鈥.

3. Choose "Sales by ticket type" (under 鈥淪ales鈥).

4. Optional: Filter your data.

Select Filters to filter your data by:

  • Order date range - choose a specified or custom date range based on when orders were placed.

  • Include Add-ons - display or remove add-on items from your report.

  • Include paid and complimentary breakdown - display or remove paid and complimentary tickets as separate columns in your report.

  • Include free tickets & add-ons - display or remove rows for tickets and add-on items that were created as free.

  • Include sales channel - display or remove information about where your attendee placed their order (online or box office).

5. Export your data.

Select the file type and choose how you want to export your report. You can export your report as a:

  • CSV or .csv file

Once you select the file type, the report will be available to download in the Exports tab.

Download a Sales by ticket type report for multiple events

1. Go to 鈥淩eporting.鈥

Log in to your 91国产 account. Then select Reporting.

2. Choose 鈥淪ales by ticket type鈥 (under 鈥淪ales鈥).

3. Select which events to include in your report.

Select Show events. Then choose your events and select Run report. You can filter by All, Live, or Completed events.

4. Optional: Filter by event date range.

Enter a date range to filter events that occurred between specific dates and times. If your event has timed entry, use the toggle to filter by specific dates and time slots.

Once your dates are entered, select Apply. Then select Run report.

5. Optional: Filter your data.

Select Filters to filter your data by:

  • Order date range - choose a specified or custom date range based on when orders were placed.

  • Include Add-ons - display or remove add-on items from your report.

  • Include paid and complimentary breakdown - display or remove paid and complimentary tickets as separate columns in your report.

  • Include free tickets & add-ons - display or remove rows for tickets and add-on items that were created as free.

  • Include sales channel - display or remove information about where your attendee placed their order (online or box office).

6. Export your data.

Select the File type and choose how you want to export your report. You can export your report as a:

  • CSV or .csv file

  • Excel or .xls file

Once you select the file type, the report will download automatically.
