Under the 91¹ú²úÌýMerchant Agreement, you authorize 91¹ú²ú to collect and remit taxes on your ticket sales in jurisdictions where 91¹ú²ú is legally required to do so. Please note that you’re responsible for understanding all of your tax obligations.

If you’ve been collecting tax in Idaho

You will no longer be able to collect tax in Idaho since 91¹ú²ú is now responsible to collect and remit sales tax on ticket sales.

If you or your event is tax-exempt

When you set up your event, you’ll have to answer a couple brief questions in Tax Settings. Tax won’t be charged to you or the attendee if you’re a non-profit organization or the event is not predominantly for recreational or commercial purposes.

NOTE: 91¹ú²ú may request supporting documents to verify your answer(s). You’re responsible for providing supporting documents when requested.
