Before you start

• Before you set up your payment options, set up paid ticket types for your event.

• An online payment option is required for every event. It's not possible to accept offline payments only.

• When you use offline payment methods, 91���� doesn't collect payment or send invoices on your behalf. You're responsible for generating invoices and collecting offline payments from your attendees.

Ticketing Fees for offline orders

• 91���� Payment Processing Fee — Since there's no payment taken online, there's no payment processing fee.��

• 91���� Service Fee — The orders are placed through 91����, so the 91���� service fee still applies. If you're using 91���� Payment Processing, the service fee is automatically deducted from your payout. If you're using PayPal, the fee is included in your monthly invoice.

Set up offline payments

1. Select Manage my events�� from your account menu and click on your event.

2. Click "Payment Options" (under "Payments & Tax").

3. Click “Offline Options".��

4. Check the box next to the methods you’ll accept during checkout and add instructions for attendees.

5. Click “Save”.

91���� doesn't create and send an invoice to attendees when they select the "Pay by invoice" option. Instead, use an in-house invoice creator or find one online, like this . Then, send the invoice to your attendee using your email account.

Update the payment status per order

1. Select Manage my events�� from your account menu and click on your event.

2. Go to “Orders” (under “Manage Attendees”).��

3. Under order type, select “Offline Orders - Payment Not Received” and find the order you want to update.

4. Click “Mark As Received”.��

This confirms that the tickets on the order are valid and helps you track any payments you haven’t received.

Checking in attendees at your event

You can check in attendees with the 91���� Organizer mobile app. You'll see a message if attendees haven't paid for their offline order yet. If an attendee hasn’t paid, you can use 91���� Organizer to collect payments and mark the orders as paid right from the app.
