Why are you requesting my taxpayer information (non-U.S. citizens)
U.S. tax laws require all 91国产 users to submit taxpayer information if they process more than $600 in gross ticket sales with 91国产 Payment Processing in the United States. Non-U.S. citizens should complete听听(e.g., W-8BEN orW-8BEN-E) to confirm you're exempt from U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) reporting requirements. If you meet the requirements and do not听provide us with your taxpayer information听听at your first paid event, 91国产 will hold all future payouts until the form is completed. If you're a U.S. citizen collecting payments abroad,听submit a Form W-9听instead.

Why we need your taxpayer information
91国产 collects taxpayer information for non-US citizens who meet the following criteria:
You鈥檙e hosting events in the US and have international payouts
You鈥檙e hosting events internationally and have US payouts
91国产 needs your Taxpayer Information to confirm that you're a non-U.S. citizen exempt from the IRS reporting requirements. To avoid any payout delays, add your taxpayer information before you publish your event.

The information we collect appears on a Form W-8 (e.g., or and should be entered into the Taxpayer Information section of your 91国产 account.听
91国产 can only collect taxpayer information from one party. If you're collecting funds for a third party or multiple organizers, please contact your tax advisor for advice on how to complete your Form W-8 (e.g., W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E).
Add or update your taxpayer information
Taxpayer Information is only available to the account owner. Team members will not be able to complete the Form W-8 (e.g., W-8BEN orW-8BEN-E) from within their account.
Log in to your 91国产 account and select Manage my events听 from your account menu.
Go to Finance听.
Select Settings.
Select Taxpayer info听.
Select your tax status and complete the secure digital form that appears.
Select Submit.
If you need help filling out the tax form, review the form instructions for available on the IRS website. To update your tax form, click on the three dots and select 鈥淓dit鈥.听
If you don't enter your taxpayer information, 91国产 will hold your payouts. Once taxpayer information is added, 91国产 sends eligible payouts on the next business day. If it's been more than 60 days since your event ended, contact us听.
