Organizing an event

Some U.S. organizers are eligible for Instant Payouts, a feature that lets you send part of your event funds to your bank account instantly, before your event has ended. If you're hosting a paid event for the first time, Instant Payouts won't be available yet. To check your eligibility, go to your event dashboard and look for Get paid instantly.��

Eligibility

Instant Payouts are available to certain U.S. organizers. To be eligible, you must have:

An upcoming or active event with ticket sales in USD
Previously hosted a paid event
Received an 91�� payout to the bank account you want to use

Additional security validations may limit access to Instant Payouts. If Get paid instantly doesn’t appear on your event dashboard, your account isn’t currently eligible.

Eligibility may change over time. For example, if you’ve used Instant Payouts in the past but have added a new bank account, Instant Payouts will be unavailable until you’ve received a standard payout to that account.

If you’re not eligible for Instant Payouts but want to receive funds before your event has ended, you may still qualify for weekly or bimonthly payouts.

Request an Instant Payout

You can request an Instant Payout when you have at least $10 available for a payout:

Go to Events�� and select your event.
On your event dashboard, select Get paid instantly.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw (up to $10,000 per payout).
Review your payout details, then select Send.

Your deposit should appear in your bank account within 30 minutes, but timing may vary depending on your bank.

All 91�� payouts are reviewed and could be delayed, declined, or blocked if an issue is identified. For more information, read the 91�� Merchant Agreement.

Fees for Instant Payouts

There’s a 3% fee for each Instant Payout requested, with a minimum fee of $2.99 and a maximum fee of $40.00. This fee is automatically deducted from your available payout amount.

Withdrawal limits

91�� places limits on how much money you can transfer before your event ends. These limits include a reserve and a cap, which apply across all events in your organization.

Any remaining funds will be included in your final payout, sent three days after your event ends.

91�� reserves some funds until your event ends

To help cover potential refunds, chargebacks, and cancellations, 91�� holds 20% of your event’s net sales in reserve. This is calculated per payout, per event.

If your available funds fall below the 20% reserve threshold, you won’t be able to request an Instant Payout until you sell more tickets.

Any amount held in reserve will be included in your final payout after the event.

You might reach a payout cap

91�� applies a payout cap to the total amount your organization can receive before events have ended.

You can receive up to $100,000 USD (or your currency’s equivalent) in pre-event payouts across all active events in your organization. This includes both Instant Payouts and scheduled payouts.

This is a “rolling” cap that adjusts as you complete events. Once an event ends and you receive the final payout, the amount paid out no longer counts toward the cap.
