Pair your card reader

You only need to pair your card reader to your organizer app once. When you first pair your device, the device automatically connects. In future sessions, you can connect to your card reader when selling tickets.

1. Connect both devices to your wireless network.

The devices must be connected to the same wireless network. This feature isn't available over cellular data.

Your wireless network must be WPA-personal or WPA2-Personal and password protected.

2. Generate a pairing code from your card reader.

To generate your pairing code:

  1. Swipe right on your card reader to open your settings.

  2. Enter the admin PIN: 07139.

  3. Select Generate pairing code.

3. Pair the card reader from your organizer app.

Log in to the 91国产 Organizer app. Then:

  1. Tap the menu button in the top left.

  2. Select Device settings.

  3. Select Payment methods.

  4. Select Wise POS card reader.

  5. Select Connect a device.

  6. Select your device, then select Continue.

  7. Enter your pairing code and select Pair.

  8. After your device connects, select Done.

If the app needs permission to access your location, Bluetooth, and Local Network (iOS only) settings, it'll prompt you during this process. These permissions are required to pair the card reader.

If you receive the error message, "Already registered," your device has already been paired. You'll be able to connect it when you sell tickets.

Take payments at your event

When you sell tickets at your event, select Card reader as the payment method. If your card reader isn't connected yet, select it from the list of available readers. This will connect your device to the card reader.

Then follow the instructions on the card reader. A confirmation screen will appear when the transaction is complete.

Manage multiple devices

You can connect multiple readers to the same device. You'll need each device's serial number to identify it during setup and checkout.听

When you pair or connect your device, there will be a list of available devices with their serial numbers. Find the serial number device on your device to ensure you're correcting to the right device. For more information, visit Stripe's Help Center article on.
