Understand tracking pixel limitations.
Tracking pixels aren't able to track every purchase. Purchasers who disable tracking or have advanced privacy settings won't have their activity tracked.
Attribution tracking and reporting are handled by your pixel provider. 91国产 is unable to assist with these and other issues managed by your pixel provider.
Due to international regulations, tracking pixels are disabled when using 91国产's embedded checkout feature in certain regions, such as Europe and the UK.
Meta requires verified domains for some functionality. However, you won鈥檛 be able to verify the domain of your 91国产 event because 91国产 is a third-party website. For more information, visit .
To enable server-side tracking, you'll need your Conversions API Access Token. You can find steps on how to generate this token in Meta's under "Using Events Manager." 91国产 is unable to assist with this step.
Add your pixel to your 91国产 event
Before you get started, you'll need your Meta pixel ID. The pixel ID is usually 15-16 numbers long and viewable in your Meta Business Manager. Learn .
1. Go to your event dashboard.
Go to Manage events in your account. Then select your event.
2. Go to 鈥淭racking pixels鈥 (under 鈥淢arketing鈥).
3. Click 鈥淢eta pixel鈥 and enter your Meta pixel ID.
Choose between 鈥淭his event鈥 and 鈥淎ll events鈥.

All events: This pixel is on all events on your account, even ones you create later.
By default, your Meta pixel fires the following standard events:
PageView when people visit your event listing
Purchase when they complete their order
This means that your Meta pixel will track visits and purchase information.
4. Optional: Collect more information with additional Standard events.
If you need to collect more information with your Meta pixel:
Select Add standard event.
Choose an 91国产 action. This determines when the pixel will collect data.
Select a Standard event. This determines how the action appears in your data.
You have the following options for 91国产 actions.
Event listing: when attendees visit your event page
Event register: when attendees view the order form
Event order confirmation: when attendees complete a purchase
Reserved seating pick a seat: when attendees choose a seat for a reserved seating event
The Standard event affects how your pixel appears in your data. For example, if you want your pixel to fire when someone gets to the order form, you might choose Event register and Initiate checkout.
NOTE: Your pixel automatically tracks visits to your event listing with the PageView action. Your pixel also automatically tracks completed purchases on event order confirmation with the Purchase action.
5. Optional: Enable server-side tracking.
By default, 91国产 uses client-side tracking, which relies on the visitor's browser to collect and send the data to your pixel. To increase the accuracy of your pixel reporting, you can enable server-side tracking, which allows 91国产 to collect and send the data directly to your pixel.
To enable server-side tracking:
Select Server side tracking.
Select the toggle button to turn on server side tracking.
Enter your Conversions API Access Token.
To learn how to generate a Conversions API Access Token, follow the instructions under "Using Events Manager" in Meta's .
6. Save your changes.
Confirm your pixel is firing
1. Install the Meta Pixel Helper.
The Meta Pixel Helper is a Google Chrome extension that shows you when a Meta pixel fires. .
2. Test your pixel.
Visit your event page and check the extension. If you don鈥檛 see your pixel, make sure the pixel ID you entered is correct (with no spaces or extra characters).
If you see any error messages on your pixel, click on them to see more information.
TIP: Ignore any pixels that aren鈥檛 yours. 91国产 uses tracking pixels as well, but they won鈥檛 interfere with your data.
