Cindy Jaffe knows how to STAY ACTIVE and INDEPENDENT for LIFE! She is the Washington State SAIL Coordinator, a SAIL Master Trainer and a SAIL Instructor. She is passionate about health and fitness at any age and keeping all bodies active and independent as they age. When she is not teaching others how to lead successful and sustainable SAIL Programs for their communities, she is leading SAIL fitness classes at multiple Seattle locations. Cindy is also a registered 500 E-RYT Yoga Instructor who guides older adults in Yoga for Healthy Aging online and in-person classes. She also loves hanging out friends and family, going for long walks and exploring Washington State.
