A 3‑Month Evidence‑Based Well‑Being Community for Professionals

March 21 – June 28, 2026

About the Program

Seven to Thrive Tribe is a hybrid, research‑driven wellness experience designed for millennial professionals who want to reduce stress, improve well‑being, and build sustainable habits — while having fun and connecting with a supportive community.

Grounded in seven scientifically supported practices — play, laughter, movement, deep breathing, diet, nature, and self‑tracking — this program blends scholarship, joy, and community into a lifestyle shift that lasts.

Originally developed and tested as part of an Ed.D. dissertation, Seven to Thrive Tribe is now entering a three‑year Community of Practice study to certify it as a formal well‑being product. Participants will contribute to this research through pre‑ and post‑surveys and short virtual interviews, helping advance the field of sustainable well‑being.

This is not a passive class. It’s a practice‑based community where we learn together, grow together, and thrive together.

A Commitment‑Reward Model That Honors Your Effort

Your investment in the program is $1250.
If you attend every session on time, participate fully, and complete all assignments, you will receive $625 back at the end of the program.

This model is designed to:

  • Reward consistency
  • Strengthen accountability
  • Encourage full engagement
  • Reinforce the truth that well‑being grows through sustained practice

You’re investing in yourself — and we invest right back in you.
