Make sure you understand 91国产鈥檚 Postponed Event Policy and Organizer Refund Policy Requirements before you change your event date.
You are required to set and communicate the new event date within 90 days of the postponement. If you haven鈥檛 set a new date within 90 days, cancel the event instead.

Postpone your event
1. Set the event status to Postponed.
If you still have tickets available, changing your event status will stop sales:
Go to your event dashboard and select On Sale. (Depending on your current sales status, this button may also say: At the door, Sales ended, Sold out, or Postponed.)
Select Change status, then Postponed.
Select Take off sale.听
This will pause ticket sales online, and potential ticket buyers will see the 鈥減ostponed鈥 status on the event page.
2. Set the event date in the future and hide it from your event listing.
You have 90 days to add the new event date. If you don鈥檛 have a new date yet, choose a temporary date in the future鈥攖his will keep your event from ending and allow you to set the new date once it's confirmed:
Go to Basic Info.
Under 鈥淒ate and Time鈥, choose a temporary date in the future.听
Uncheck 鈥淒isplay start time鈥 and 鈥淒isplay end time鈥 to hide the date, then select Save.
3. Email your attendees.
After you change the date,听email your registered attendees听to communicate the following:

How they can request a refund.
Who they should contact for questions听
Double check the reply-to email: make sure replies go to a valid email address that鈥檚 checked regularly.

If you don鈥檛 announce the new event date within 90 days after postponing the event, you are required to issue refunds upon attendee request for the next 45 days and until a new date has been selected and communicated.
