Close your 91国产 account

To close your 91国产 account, log in and go to Account settings. Then, select Close account. After your account is closed, you鈥檒l have the option to delete your personal data.听听

After closing your account, 91国产 may retain Personal Data for an additional period as is permitted or required under applicable laws. For more information, review 91国产鈥檚 Privacy Policy.

Account closure limitations

You鈥檒l need to wait to close your account if you have:听

  • Tickets to an upcoming event

  • Any published events

  • Pending payouts, or completed payouts sent within the past 60 days

  • Unpaid invoices

Close your account

Closing your account is permanent. If you choose to open another account, any past events you hosted or tickets you ordered will no longer be available.

To close your account:

  1. to your 91国产 account and go to Account Settings听.

  2. Under Account, select Close Account.

  3. Tell us why you're leaving.听

  4. Type "CLOSE" in all caps and enter your password.听

  5. Select Close Account.
