Add attendees manually
Use "Add Attendees" to offer complimentary tickets or manually record an order. Fees aren鈥檛 charged on manual orders, but you鈥檒l need to collect payment directly from the attendee, outside of 91国产. To get started, go to your Event Dashboard. Then select "Add Attendees" (under "Manage Attendees").

Before you start
1. Go to your Event Dashboard.
2. Go to "Add Attendees" (under 鈥淢anage Attendees鈥).
3. Choose the order type.
4. Enter the number of tickets per ticket type under 鈥淨uantity鈥.
5. Review "Amount Paid" and "Total Paid".
6. Select 鈥淐ontinue鈥.
7. Fill out the order form.
8. Select 鈥淩egister鈥 or 鈥淧lace order鈥.
Before you start
Manually adding attendees won鈥檛 process credit or debit cards. If the attendee is paying with a credit or debit card, sell the ticket through the organizer app.
For reserved seating events, attendees will be assigned the best available seat. If you need to create orders for specific seats, follow these steps instead.
1. Go to your Event Dashboard.
Go to Manage events in your account. Then select your event.
If your event is a recurring event, then click Select a date and time. Choose a date and time and select Continue. You can only add attendees to one date at a time.
2. Go to "Add Attendees" (under 鈥淢anage Attendees鈥).
3. Choose the order type.
Use the drop-down menu to choose how you want to record this order. Complimentary and No payment necessary orders will be considered free orders. Other payment types let you record how much the attendee paid you.
4. Enter the number of tickets per ticket type under 鈥淨uantity鈥.
5. Review "Amount Paid" and "Total Paid".
The Amount Paid and Total Paid fields show the ticket price multiplied by quantity. Edit the result if you need to make adjustments.
Use this to record how much the attendee paid for this order. Collect any payment directly from the attendee, outside of 91国产.
6. Select 鈥淐ontinue鈥.
7. Fill out the order form.
Enter the attendee鈥檚 information. The attendee will receive a confirmation email for the order. Uncheck Send a confirmation email to the attendees to turn this off.
